This service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Use at your own discretion.
Access is open to all users. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: abuse, excessive API usage, or violation of these terms.
You retain ownership of floor plan images you upload and 3D models you generate. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service (AI analysis, storage, and rendering).
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' intellectual property, or contains malicious code.
Color masks are generated by AI models. Results may contain inaccuracies. We recommend verifying critical measurements before relying on generated outputs for construction or professional purposes. The service is intended as a design visualization tool, not a certified architectural instrument.
We may impose rate limits or usage quotas to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive automated requests, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
The FloorPlan23D platform, including its UI, algorithms, and pipeline architecture, is our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service itself.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to: data loss, inaccurate measurements, service interruption, or consequential damages from relying on AI-generated outputs.
Since our service provides a free simulation/preview environment and users are charged for digital credits used to unlock project downloads, purchases of digital credits are non-refundable.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
